You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception desk and pick it up later in the day.
Subject to availability, it is possible to book a late check-out.

from 18:00h 100% of the room price.
In our hotel you can pay with the most common credit cards, all EC cards, TWINT, mobile pay, as well as cash in Swiss Francs and Euros. You are welcome to enquire about the current rates at the reception desk.
If you would like to have something printed out, send us an e-mail to info[at]hotelilluster.ch with the document and we will be happy to print it out for you. For security reasons, staff are not allowed to connect external data carriers to the hotel computers.
We will gladly help you with your luggage. Please ask the reception team.
Your dogs are very welcome at the HOTEL illuster, but each animal must be registered at the reception and a disclaimer must be signed. We also charge CHF 15.00 per night per animal.
In the event of any damage, CHF 200.00 will be charged. At breakfast we ask you to leave the dogs in the room. If this is not possible, please contact the reception desk. In the public areas we ask you to keep your dogs on a leash.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Should you nevertheless decide to smoke in your room, we will charge a cleaning fee of CHF 250.00.
Smoking is permitted in the room loggias and in our smoking lounge on the 2nd floor.
