Sunday Brunch

We warmly invite you to our Sunday brunch at the Ustaria Bar & Terrace. From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, you can enjoy regional, homemade delicacies – prepared with great attention to detail. Whether sweet or savoury, classic or refined, you will find everything your brunch heart desires.

Tea, coffee and fruit juices are included in the price. A glass of Prosecco will be served to welcome you.

Breakfast

Our breakfast buffet reflects the sustainable character of our range of offerings. The use of regional products, in particular the local cheeses, are much appreciated by our guests. The buffet is available on Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 10.00 am, on the weekends we start at 7.00 am and extend the opening until 11.00 am.

Ustaria Bar and Terrace - snacks and drinks

If you are feeling peckish, we will be happy to prepare various treats for you.

At the same time you can enjoy the sight of our original Berkel flywheel slicer. These slicers have been the story of an artisan tradition full of power and passion paired with mechanical precision for more than 100 years. Simply fascinating! 

With nice weather you can enjoy your drinks and snacks on our sunny terrace.
